Eligibility

The Rajasthan Government has issued notifications which specify:

- Below Poverty Line families (both Central and State lists) prepared by the Rural / Urban Development Department of the State Government, and
- A child whose parents' annual income does not exceed `2.5 lakhs

- Scheduled Caste (S.C.)
- Scheduled Tribe (S.T.)
- Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Classes whose parents annual income does not exceed `2.5 lakhs
- A child covered under the definition of "person with disability" under clause (t) of section 2 of PwD Act 1995 (1 of 1996)
